By accessing or using Perch, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Educational and simulated platform

Perch is an educational and simulated investing experience. Virtual portfolios, paper trades, and related activity are simulations only. They are not real financial transactions, do not involve real brokerage execution through Perch in this mode, and do not create real-world positions or obligations.

Not financial advice

Nothing on Perch is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and for seeking professional advice where appropriate.

Future real trading

If Perch offers live or real-money trading in the future, access may require separate agreements, eligibility checks, and compliance steps. Simulated use today does not guarantee future access to real trading.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or access systems without authorization, or use Perch in violation of applicable law. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that risks the product, other users, or our operations.

Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Perch Capital and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use Perch. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind except where required by law.
